The Roland VersaOBJECT RC-300 Series are the first Japanese-engineered and built cylindrical printers on the market. Compact, easy to set up, and easy to use — with the high throughput, print quality, and reliability Roland DG devices are known for. Prints on empty and pre-filled objects up to 6.6 lbs.
Helical printing — the object is gripped by a motor-controlled attachment and spins as graphics print 360° seamlessly in one continuous spiral, for sharper quality and faster output than multi-pass rotary printing.
- Two industrial GEN 6 printheads with a laser displacement sensor for consistent output on parallel, tapered, convex, and concave shapes
- Objects 1.18–14 in. long and Φ1.77–Φ5 in. in diameter, up to 6.6 lbs
- 1,200 dpi; CMYK in approx. 46 sec/pc
- EUV-H ink, seven colours across eight channels (CMYK, white ×2, gloss, primer)
- 7" touch panel with 50 job presets; VersaWorks 7 and Roland DG Connect included
- Ships with the UT-300S stand, a set of 10 fixtures, and a UV light meter
RC-300 handles opaque cylindrical objects — drinkware, cans, jars, and tumblers. RC-300c adds printing on clear and translucent objects plus a bottle-top fixture, for glass bottles, barware, and transparent packaging. Safety certifications were issued under the name "RC-300," so all nameplates read RC-300, including RC-300c units.
