The Roland VersaOBJECT IO-300 is a purpose-built industrial flatbed for repeatable printing on products, parts, components, and rigid substrates — automation ready with SC4 commands and a password-protected service mode to prevent accidental changes.

Primer → CMYK in a single pass — plus excellent ink adhesion on low surface energy materials and GREENGUARD Gold certified EUV-H ink.

  • Four GEN 6 industrial printheads in a dual staggered array, printing unidirectionally for accuracy
  • Print area up to 30 × 20 in. (770 × 515 mm); media up to 8 in. thick and 44.1 lbs
  • Full-surface vacuum table, solenoid alignment pins, and a high-rigidity ball screw chassis for repeatable placement
  • 3.5 m²/h CMYK; 3.2 m²/h white + CMYK
