Roland's ECO-UV4 ink, also identified by its product code EUV4, is formulated for the VersaUV LEC2-300, LEJ-640, and LEF/LEF2 series UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printers. It's built for accurate ink droplet placement, strong adhesion across coated and uncoated substrates, and a lower-odor formulation compared to the original ECO-UV ink line. EUV4 ink is cross-compatible with ECO-UV on supported machines, but switching between the two ink systems requires a firmware and VersaWorks update, along with new cleaning fluid and swabs.
