With 2-in-1 thermal technology, the ZX1200i+ lets you switch between direct thermal (no ribbon) and thermal transfer (with ribbon) printing, adapting easily to both short-term and long-life labeling needs. Its 203 DPI print head ensures crisp, consistent barcodes and text, while the color touchscreen and one-touch auto-calibration simplify setup and daily operation.

Built with a die-cast metal mechanism and adjustable full-range sensors, this printer handles tough media—from shipping labels to coated or specialty substrates—with perfect alignment. It supports long 450 m ribbons and large OD media rolls for fewer changeovers, boosting productivity in high-volume operations.

Connectivity is seamless via USB 2.0, Serial (RS-232), Ethernet, and USB Host, plus optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for wireless integration. Compatible with EZPL, GEPL, and GZPL languages, the ZX1200i+ drops into virtually any system without re-coding.
